The Commission appeals to all the concerned to rely only on the informations advertised in local news paper through I.P.R Department and published in official website of S.P.S.C.          The candidates are also requested to kindly go through rejection list published in the website irrrespective of Eligibility / Rejection.

Instructions to be read cafefully before answering the questions.

  1. Candidates are to bring a valid Photo-Id Proof.

  2. Mobile phones, IT Gadgets or any electronic equipments and hand bags are not allowed inside the examination hall. Anyone infringing these instructions will entail disciplinary action including ban from future examinations

  3. During the course of the examination, if a candidate is found indulging in any kind of Mal-Practices/ Unfair means and if found with mobile phone or any I.T. Gadget, such candidates are liable to be debarred from appearing in further examinations conducted by S.P.S.C.

  4. The multiple choices question will have negative marking. Candidates are advised to bring BLACK BALL PEN for marking the OMR sheets.

  5. Candidate should enter the Examination Hall 15 MINUTES before the commencement of Examination. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination venue till completion of the allotted time.

  6. No candidates are allowed to go to the wash room during the last 30 minutes of each session.

  7. Candidates will not be allowed to enter in the Exam Hall / Room after 10 (Ten) Minutes of the commencement of the examination.

  8. The decision of the Commission as to the eligibility of a candidate for admission to the examination shall be final. Admission to all stages of examination for which candidates are admitted viz : Preliminary Examination, Main (Written) Examination and Interview will be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions as laid down in the advertisement.

  9. If on verification at any time before or after the Main (Written) Examination and Interview, it is found that they do not fulfil any of the eligibility conditions; their candidature for the examination will be summarily rejected by the Commission. No Correspondence in this regard will be entertained

  1. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COMMENCEMENT OF TE EXAMINATION, YOU SHOULD CHECK THAT THIS TEST BOOKLET DOES NOT HAVE ANY UNPRINTED OR TORN OR MISSING PAGES OR ITEMS ETC. IF SO, GET IT REPLACED BY A COMPLETE TEST BOOKLET.

  2. Please note that it is the candidate’s responsibility to fill in the Roll Number and Test Booklet Serial Number carefully and without any omission or discrepancy at the appropriate places in the OMR ANSWER SHEET.

  3. Use only Black Ball Point Pen to fill the OMR sheet.
  4. Do not write anything else on the OMR Answer Sheet except the required information.

  5. This Test Booklet contains there Sections i.e Section A, B and Section C. Section A contains Multiple choice Questions i.e. 75 items in MCQ Mode to be marked in OMR Sheet. Section B and C contains Conventional/Subjective Type of Questions which has to be written in Separate Answer sheet provided to you.

  6. All items from Q.1 to Q.75 carries 2 marks each.

  7. Before you proceed to mark in the Answer Sheet (OMR), you have to fill in some particulars in the Answer Sheet (OMR) as per given instructions.

  8. After you have completed filling in all your responses on the Answer Sheet (OMR) and the examination has concluded, you should hand over the Answer Sheet (OMR) and the Separate conventional Answer sheet to the Invigilator only. You are permitted to take away with you the Test Booklet.

  9. Marking Scheme

    There will be negative marking for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the objective type question papers.

    1. There are four alternatives for the answer to every question. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one-third of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.

    2. If a candidate gives more than one answer, it will be treated as a wrong answer even if one of the given answers happens to be correct and there will be same penalty as above to the question.

    3. If a question is left blank i.e., no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
